Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa rezonansu magnetycznego wraz z wyposażeniem, instalacją, uruchomieniem oraz transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób i miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego, do Szpitala Pomnik Chrztu Polski w Gnieźnie przy ul. 3 Maja 37 wraz z adaptacją pomieszczeń. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis wymaganych parametrów technicznych (OPZ) oraz Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ – Opis prac budowlanych. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Szczegółowe regulacje określono w SWZ.
