Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa różnych produktów spożywczych do Aresztu Śledczego w Bytomiu; ul. Wrocławska 4, 41-902 Bytom oraz Oddziału Zewnętrznego w Zabrzu; ul. ks. Pawła Janika 12, 41-806 Zabrze. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY oraz załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 18 części (pakietów). 3. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320).
