Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för leverans av expanderat djurfoder till Umeå universitets försöksdjursverksamhet. Den årliga volymen uppgår till cirka 13 000 kg och leveranser sker vid två tillfällen per år. Fodret ska vara godkänt som avelsfoder för gnagare och uppfylla gällande EU-förordningar samt svensk djurskyddslagstiftning. Leveranser ska ske i säckar om 9–12,5 kg på pall enligt angivna mått- och viktkrav, samt med anpassning till mottagningens logistiska förutsättningar. Varje batch ska vara analyserad avseende bland annat fukt, damm, kemikalier, bekämpningsmedel, mikroorganismer och tungmetaller, och anbudsgivaren ska redovisa eventuella certifieringar av tillverkningsprocess och produkt. Köparen förbehåller sig rätten att testa fodret, bland annat avseende damminnehåll, av arbetsmiljö- och djurskyddsskäl.
