Description
La Ville de Metz souhaite distribuer, en toutes boîtes aux lettres, des documents d'information (invitation à des réunions publiques, invitation à des inaugurations, informations sur les travaux à venir ou en cours, etc.), de format A4 ou A5. Un document supplémentaire, sous forme de dépliant, simple A4 ou A5 pourra s'ajouter à une invitation. Il s'agit d'un marché réservé selon l'article L2113-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. La structure devra joindre une copie du conventionnement ou agrément Etat à jour pour la mise en place d'une structure d'insertion par l'activité économique ou EA/ESAT La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum mono-attributaire. Le montant maximum pour toute la durée de l'accord-cadre est de 210 000,00 euro(s) HT
