Description
Upphandlingen avser distansundervisning på grundskolenivå, årskurs 6-9, för svenska elever som är bosatta utomlands. Distansundervisning ska dels ges till elever som läser på heltid, dels till elever som läser enstaka ämnen. Finansiering av distansundervisningen sker genom statsbidrag i kombination med elevavgifter.
