Upphandlingen omfattar ett säkert, användarvänligt, tillgängligt och en intuitivt digital lärplattform (fortsättningsvis kallat systemet) som kan främja och effektivisera kompetensutveckling bland medarbetare och externa intressenter i Gävle kommun. Systemet ska omfatta skapande och hantering av e-utbildningar, lärarledda utbildningar, kunskapstest och utvärdering av utbildningar samt generera statistik och uppföljning av användarnas framsteg.
