Description

Αντικείμενο του προγράμματος και της σύμβασης αποτελεί: α) η περισυλλογή και διαχείριση των «νεκρών παραγωγικών ζώων» ήτοι: i. των πτωμάτων βοοειδών, αιγών και προβάτων, που ανευρίσκονται νεκρά εντός ή εκτός των κτηνοτροφικών εκμεταλλεύσεων, από τα οποία λαμβάνονται επιπλέον δείγματα εγκεφαλικού ιστού, σύμφωνα με τα προβλεπόμενα στα εκάστοτε κατ’ έτος ισχύοντα Προγράμματα Επιτήρησης, Ελέγχου και Εξάλειψης των Μεταδοτικών Σπογγωδών Εγκεφαλοπαθειών (ΜΣΕ) για τα βοοειδή και τα αιγοπρόβατα αντιστοίχως, σε εφαρμογή της Εθνικής και Ενωσιακής Νομοθεσίας. Η δειγματοληψία εγκεφαλικού ιστού διενεργείται στα βοοειδή ηλικίας άνω των 24 ή 48 μηνών (ανάλογα με τη χώρα αρχικής προέλευσής τους) και στις αίγες και τα πρόβατα ηλικίας άνω των 18 μηνών ii. πτωμάτων νεκρών βοοειδών και αιγοπροβάτων που δεν εντάσσονται στα ζώα της προηγουμένης παραγράφου, που ανευρίσκονται νεκρά εντός ή εκτός των κτηνοτροφικών εκμεταλλεύσεων. iii. Χοιρινών και πτηνών που ανευρίσκονται νεκρά εντός καταχωρημένων εκμεταλλεύσεων. Σε ότι αφορά τα πτηνά μόνο από καταχωρημένες πτηνοτροφικές εκμεταλλεύσεις αφού έχει συγκεντρωθεί ποσότητα 100 kg τουλάχιστον και αυτά είναι συντηρημένα υπό κατάψυξη. β) η περισυλλογή…
