Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η εκτέλεση και αποκλειστική εκμετάλλευση δημόσιων τακτικών αστικών και υπεραστικών οδικών μεταφορών επιβατών, -καθώς και συνοδευόμενων δεμάτων άνω των 10 κιλών ή ασυνόδευτων δεμάτων- με λεωφορεία στην Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδας μέσω σύμβασης παραχώρησης υπηρεσιών δημόσιων επιβατικών μεταφορών, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του ν. 4974/2022 και ιδίως, του κεφαλαίου Ε΄, καθώς και του Κανονισμού (ΕΚ) 1370/2007. Συγκεκριμένα, το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης υποδιαιρείται σε δύο (2) Τμήματα ως εξής: ΤΜΗΜΑ 1: «Παραχώρηση δικαιώματος αποκλειστικής εκμετάλλευσης δημόσιων τακτικών υπεραστικών μεταφορών επιβατών με λεωφορείο στην Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδας», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 352.500.000,00 € πλέον ΦΠΑ [ήτοι, 35.250.000 € ετησίως, για δέκα (10) έτη] και ΤΜΗΜΑ 2: «Παραχώρηση δικαιώματος αποκλειστικής εκμετάλλευσης δημόσιων τακτικών αστικών μεταφορών επιβατών με λεωφορείο στην Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Ελλάδας», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 82.500.000,00 € πλέον ΦΠΑ [ήτοι, 8.250.000 € ετησίως, για δέκα (10) έτη] Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης, ανέρχεται συνολικά στο ποσό των 435.000.000,00 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 13 % (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: € 491.550.000,00).
