Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης αφυδατωμένης βιολογικής λάσπης, που παράγονται από την ΜΒΕΛ στη Μονή του ΕΟΑ Λεμεσού, με διάρκεια δώδεκα (12) μήνες από την ημερομηνία έναρξης της υλοποίησης του αντικειμένου της σύμβασης, με πιθανή σταδιακή παράταση της σύμβασης για περίοδο μέχρι δώδεκα (12) μήνες κατά την κρίση και σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες του Οργανισμού, με τους ίδιους όρους και τις ίδιες τιμές.
