Αντικείμενο του διαγωνισμού είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών καθαρισμού δικτύων ομβρίων και λυμάτων του ΕΟΑ Λεμεσού, όπως περιγράφεται αναλυτικά στα Έγγραφα του Διαγωνισμού, με συνολική διάρκεια είκοσι τεσσάρων (24) μηνών ως εξής: Περιοχή Α για περίοδο δώδεκα (12) μηνών και Περιοχή Β για περιόδο δώδεκα (12) μηνών με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για την Περιοχή Α για πρόσθετη περιόδο δώδεκα (12) μηνών και για την Περιοχή Β για πρόθετη περιόδο δώδεκα (12) μηνών
