Η Παραχώρηση άδειας για χρήση / εκμετάλλευση του Καφεστιατορίου στο κτήριο διοίκησης της Αρχής στο λιμάνι Λεμεσού. Η διάρκεια της Σύμβασης θα είναι πέντε χρόνια, με δικαίωμα ανανέωσης από μέρους της Αρχής για ακόμα μία περίοδο δύο χρόνων, όπως περιγράφεται αναλυτικά στα Έγγραφα του Διαγωνισμού.
