Description
Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy kilpailuttaa pilvipohjaisen tiedonhallintaohjelmiston, joka tulee käytettäväksi Pirkanmaan, Keski-Suomen ja Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialueilla toimiviin vaativan diabeteksenhoidon yksiköihin. Kullekin hyvinvointialueelle tulee oma klinikkatili tiedonhallintaohjelmiston käyttöön. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Hankinnan kohde.
Award criteria
- Price — Hinnat vertaillaan ja pisteytetään tarjouspyynnön hintaliitteen (tarjouspyynnön liite 4) perusteella. Vertailussa halvin tarjous saa 80 pistettä. Muut tarjoukset pisteytetään kaavalla: (halvin hinta…
- Quality — Laatuominaisuudet arvioidaan tarjouspyynnön liitteen 3 (Vaatimuslomake) perusteella. Vertailussa tarjoajan saamat laatupisteet lasketaan yhteen.
