Description
Le présent marché vise à fournir le soutien technique nécessaire au développement et au déploiement de systèmes opérationnels de prévision océanique en Afrique subsaharienne. Ces systèmes seront exploités par un consortium de partenaires africains qui seront sélectionnés ultérieurement dans le cadre d'un appel à propositions distinct. Les principaux objectifs sont les suivants : -Le développement des systèmes, conformément au document d'architecture du Centre collaboratif de la Décennie pour la prévision océanique, ainsi que de la documentation, du programme d'installation et de l'outil de configuration associés. -Leur mise en œuvre dans les services opérationnels par des institutions africaines sélectionnées. - La fourniture d'un soutien et d'un développement des capacités des institutions africaines sélectionnées chargées des opérations. -La conception et le co-développement, avec les partenaires africains, d'un ensemble d'outils de visualisation permettant d'exploiter les résultats des services régionaux et côtiers.
