Objets des services du marché : DEVELOPPEMENT DE PROGRAMMES ET DE MODULES DE FORMATION EN E-LEARNING DANS LES THEMATIQUES DES MARCHES PUBLICS ET DE L’ORGANISATION FINANCIERE DES ADMINISTRATIONS COMMUNALES ET DES CPAS BRUXELLOIS. Le marché public est divisé en lots. Les soumissionnaires sont libres d’introduire une offre pour un ou pour plusieurs lots. L’ensemble des lots organisés par le présent marché visent à l’élaboration, la conception technique, la médiatisation, le développement, la livraison, l’intégration avec support technique dans la plateforme LMS de l’ERAP ainsi que la maintenance de trois modules de formation/apprentissage au format e-learning, disponibles simultanément en versions française et néerlandaise. Les lots 1, 2 et 3 visent l’élaboration de trois programmes d’apprentissage (objectifs, contenus, dispositif pédagogique) rendus disponibles en langue française et destinés à s’intégrer dans des modules en e-learning. Ces 3 programmes portent sur les trois thématiques suivantes : - « Introduction aux achats publics des administrations communales et des CPAS bruxellois ». - « Introduction à l’organisation financière des administrations communales bruxelloises …
