Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la nomination d'un commissaire aux comptes titulaire et de son suppléant (dans le cas où le titulaire n'est pas un groupement d'opérateurs économiques) appelé à le remplacer en cas de refus, d'empêchement, de démission ou de décès dans les conditions mentionnées aux articles L.823-1, L. 823-9 et suivants ainsi que R. 821-1 et suivants du Code du commerce dans le cadre d'un mandat d'une durée de six (6) exercices.
