Le présent contrat a pour objet la mise en place d'un service de nutrition artificielle (entérale et/ou parentérale) à domicile pour les patients suivis par le Centre Antoine Lacassagne (ci-après dénommé "le Centre"), selon les modalités définies dans le CCTP annexé. Le service comprend notamment : - L'organisation des soins à domicile ; - La fourniture, la mise en place, l'entretien du matériel ; - L'accompagnement éducatif du patient ; - La coordination avec les professionnels de santé.
