L'objet du présent marché concerne les prestations : o De nettoyage et de bio nettoyage de l'ensemble des locaux et sites du Centre Antoine Lacassagne o De lavage des vitres L'entretien des locaux concourt à l'hygiène générale du Centre Antoine Lacassagne. Il concerne plusieurs aspects : o La propreté visuelle, élément fondamental de l'accueil des patients, des visiteurs, des professionnels o La maitrise de la contamination des locaux et des surfaces qui constituent des vecteurs secondaires pour la transmission de micro-organismes o La maitrise de la contamination microbiologique des surfaces en zone à empoussièrement maîtrisé o Limiter le risque professionnel o Limiter l'impact écologique des pratiques
