Description
Uppdraget innebär att leverantören ska utföra delgivningstjänster, enligt gällande lagar och förordningar, i framförallt Skåne län. Vid enstaka fall kan det bli aktuellt att utföra delgivningstjänster i hela landet. Delgivningen delges av godkänd delgivningsman vid auktoriserat delgivningsföretag. Länsstyrelsen godkänner, auktoriserar samt utövar tillsyn med stöd av Lag 2010:1933 om auktorisation av delgivningsföretag. Avtal tecknas med en leverantör.
