Description
Decanter centrifuge is a device used for solid-liquid-separation in various fields i.e. food processing industry. The device uses high rotational speed to separate components of different densities. Department of separation science is investing in a small scale (laboratory to bench scale) decanter centrifuge, which will be used for food technology applications.
