Ramavtalet omfattar datautbildningar på grund-, fortsättning- och i viss mån fördjupningsnivå för den vanliga IT-användaren i syfte att tillgodose kompetensutvecklingsbehov inom kontorsprogram så som exempelvis Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, och andra appar i Office 365. Det omfattar även grundläggande kompetensutveckling för användning av AI.
