L'objet de cette consultation est d'apporter un support scientifique à la préparation des rapports COPERNICUS sur l'état des océans de janvier 2026 à juin 2028. Le présent marché vise à fournir un support à MERCATOR OCEAN pour le développement de contenus scientifiques, de coordination technique scientifique et de processus de révision scientifique interne sur les numéros 10 à 13 du « Copernicus Ocean State Report », ainsi que de son résumé (numéros 10 à 12) et des indicateurs de surveillance des océans dans le cadre de l'activité Copernicus Ocean Reporting.
