Description
Le marché concerne un marché public de services conformément à l'article 2, 21° sous la forme d'un accord-cadre tel que visé à l'article 2, 35° de la loi du 17 juin 2016. Le pouvoir adjudicateur a l'intention de conclure un accord-cadre avec, dans la mesure du possible, 3 parties pour la passation de marchés de services sur la base de cet accord-cadre pour une période de 4 ans. Étant donné que toutes les conditions sont fixées dans l'accord-cadre, le premier classé sera consulté en premier. S'il ne peut ou ne veut pas répondre à la demande, celle-ci sera transmise au deuxième, etc. Le contrat concerne l'exécution de transports de marchandises dangereuses de la classe 7, à savoir des transports dans les groupes : Groupe 1 de l'ONU : matières radioactives en colis exceptés ; UN-2 : matières radioactives non fissiles (ou fissiles exceptées). L'attribution de marchés partiels soutenus par l'accord-cadre ne modifiera pas matériellement les conditions déjà fixées dans l'accord-cadre. Les quantités présumées ne sont pas contraignantes pour le soumissionnaire.
