Description

Under the new Lyon-Turin railway link project, TELT society, as a contracting entity, is the public developer in charge of building and managing the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. The aim of this public procurement contract is to carry out construction works under operational worksites n. 5 (digging the base tunnel from the Villarodin-Bourget/Modane decline), n. 6/7 (digging the base tunnel from the La Praz and Saint-Martin-la-Porte declines) and n. 8 (digging the base tunnel from the Villard-Clément gates). Each lot of this public procurement contract is a mixed single-contractor framework contract, i.e. a framework contract with purchase orders and follow-on contracts.
