Dans le cadre du projet de nouvelle liaison ferroviaire Lyon-Turin, la société TELT, en tant qu'entité adjudicatrice, est le promoteur public responsable de la construction et de la gestion de la section transfrontalière de la future infrastructure. Le présent marché public a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de construction d'une hélistation (infrastructures et bâtiments) à Modane.
