Description

Under the new Lyon-Turin railway link project, TELT company, as a contracting entity, is the public developer in charge of building and managing the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. The aim of this public procurement contract is to carry out construction works on operational worksites No 3 (boring of the base tunnel from the Chiomonte site, direction Susa), No 4 (boring of the base tunnel from the Chiomonte site, direction France) and No 10 (reclamation of the earth and rocks excavated from all sites on Italian territory). Each lot of this public procurement contract is a mixed single-contractor framework contract, i.e. a framework contract with purchase orders and follow-on contracts.
