Description
Asigurarea la nivelul unității penitenciare a produselor – CONSERVE (PASTĂ TOMATE, ROȘII ÎN BULION) pentru desfășurarea în condiţii optime a activităţilor specifice de hrănire a persoanelor private de liberate, conform normelor legale de hrănire. Astfel, se va încheia un acord-cadru cu un singur operator economic care se va derula pe o perioada de 7 luni începând cu 1 iunie 2023, după cum urmează: - la nivelul lotului 1 – PASTĂ DE TOMATE Cantităţile minime şi maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata ȋntregului acord cadru: cantitate minimă 6.000 kg, cantitate maximă 10.000 kg. - cantitate minimă pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent = 900 kg. - cantitate maximă pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent = 5.000 kg. - la nivelul lotului 2 – ROȘII ÎN BULION Cantităţile minime şi maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata ȋntregului acord cadru: cantitate minimă 3.000 kg, cantitate maximă 6.000 kg. - cantitate minimă pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent = 500 kg. - cantitate maximă pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent = 3.000 kg. Contractele subsecvente aferente acordului cadru vor fi încheiate de către Penitenciarul Galați în funcție de prevederile Acordului-cadru…
