Description
La présente consultation concerne un concours restreint de Maitrise d'oeuvre en application des articles L.2125-1 2° et R.2162-15 à R.2162-26 du Code de la Commande Publique. La mission confiée au lauréat du concours est une "Mission de base" avec missions DIAG et OPC incluses. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle des travaux est de 8 800 000 euro(s) HT. La durée du marché débutera à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement des travaux. A titre indicatif, la durée prévisionnelle du marché est fixée à 48 mois. Les prestations seront financées par fonds propres. Partie intégrante de la politique d'amélioration du parc d'ACM Habitat, le présent projet consiste à réhabiliter la résidence NEPTUNE, 159 logements, en vue d'améliorer le confort et la sécurité des occupants, ainsi que la performance énergétique des bâtiments (cf. pré-programme)
