ACM Habitat prévoit de construire une résidence étudiante d'environ 250 lits et une résidence d'environ 33 logements collectifs en BRS. Le parc de stationnement en sous-sol sera commun. Le projet sera situé ZAC Parc Marianne / Secteur Mas de Barlet - lot B2 sur la commune de Montpellier. La SDP totale prévisionnelle est de 7400 m²
