De Stad geeft in concessie een horecagelegenheid gelegen te Dijver 12B, 8000 Brugge zoals op het bijgevoegde overzichtsplan aangeduid (Bijlage 1). Dit geheel wordt verder ook het “Pand” genoemd. De concessie wordt verleend met het expliciete doel de kwalitatieve en duurzame uitbating van een horecazaak binnen de museumsite BRUSK.
