Description
Om tegemoet te komen aan de verscheidenheid aan communicatiebehoeften, wenst Stad Brugge met deze overheidsopdracht een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met een poule van maximaal vier communicatiebureaus voor het ontwikkelen van integrale communicatiecampagnes en/of onderdelen daarvan. De geselecteerde bureaus zullen, op basis van hun offerte, beschikbaarheid, expertise en beroepskwalificaties, opdrachten toegewezen krijgen die kaderen binnen de brede communicatie-, marketing- en stakeholderstrategie van de Stad en haar partners (Brugge Plus en BMCC). Hoewel Stad Brugge over een eigen communicatie-expertise beschikt, wordt voor bepaalde opdrachten gekozen om externe bureaus in te schakelen. Dit is het geval wanneer bijkomende creativiteit, strategisch advies of extra mankracht nodig is. Hierbij wordt gestreefd naar duidelijke, doelgerichte en impactvolle communicatie die afgestemd is op de doelgroep (bewoners, bezoekers, bedrijven, stakeholders ...) en conform de geldende huisstijl en merkstrategie van Stad Brugge, Brugge Plus en BMCC.
