Description
Le marché a pour objet l’amélioration de la performance énergétique des bâtiments par rapport à la situation de référence. A cet effet, le titulaire s'engage notamment à : - Atteindre et maintenir dans la durée une baisse des consommations réelles d’énergie des bâtiments réhabilités pour les besoins en chauffage et/ou ECS - Respecter le niveau de service contractuel - Atteindre un niveau de consommation conventionnelle d’énergie pour chaque bâtiment réhabilité. Ce niveau sera, a minima, une étiquette énergétique B, établie au moyen de la méthode de calcul « TH-C-E-ex » avec l’atteinte du label BBC Rénovation Le marché porte sur 20 bâtiments représentant 1062 logements. Les bâtiments ont été construits en 1959 et 1967. L’opération se déroule en milieu occupé.
