Description
Marché à procédure adaptée - articles R.2123-1-3° et R.2123-2 du Code de la commande publique Ce marché a pour objet la conception et la réalisation des décors fleuris des 14 chars de Batailles de Fleurs dans le cadre de l'édition 2026 du Carnaval de Nice dont le thème est "Vive la Reine !". Cette prestation comprend pour chaque lot : - la conception des décors du char, - la fourniture des fleurs et autres végétaux, produits et autres matériels nécessaires à la réalisation de la décoration du char (piquage, habillage, tressage et assemblage), - l'habillage végétal des chars, -l'entretien durant toute la période du Carnaval, - la participation active aux différents défilés.
