Description
Die Vergabe erfolgt im Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 b) VgV. Der geschätzte Auftragswert überschreitet den EU-Schwellenwert. Das Verfahren wird daher EU-weit bekanntgemacht. Die Universitätsmedizin Greifswald, Klinik für Orthopädie, Unfallchirurgie und Rehabilitative Medizin, beabsichtigt im Rahmen eines EFRE-geförderten Forschungsvorhabens die Beschaffung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme einer vollständigen Prozesskette zur additiven Fertigung von Titanbauteilen nach dem Cold-Metal-Fusion-(CMF)-Verfahren. Ein offenes oder nichtoffenes Verfahren würde keinen Wettbewerb erzeugen und wäre rechtswidrig.
