Die OeNB plante im Rahmen dieses Verhandlungsverfahrens mit vorheriger Bekanntmachung die Vergabe eines Auftrages an ein Unternehmen, welches Leistungen im Bereich der Implementierung und des laufenden Betriebs inkl. Wartung eines cloudbasierten integrierten Systems für das Treasury Management (im Folgenden „cloudbasiertes Treasury IT-System“, „Zielsystem“ oder „Treasury System“ genannt) inklusive benötigter Projektleistungen, erbringt.
