Description

South Dublin County Council intends to establish a Single Operator Framework for a design and build contractor for the provision of Parks Pavillion (Changing Facilities), and all associated Ancillary Works and Services at a number of locations within South Dublin County Council's administrative area, with the two initial projects to be awarded as a result of this competition for pavilions at Griffeen Valley Park, Lucan, Co. Dublin and Corkagh Park, Co Dublin. All future pavilions will be the subject of individual competitions or pricing exercises at the discretion of the contracting authority.
