För att stödja Beställarens samordnade skötselentreprenader i områdena Norra Hisingen och Torslanda och avser Göteborgs stad att upphandla en byggledare för respektive område. Upphandlingen avser två separata delkontrakt för byggledning inom respektive område Norra Hisingen och Torslanda. Båda dessa entreprenader beskrivs i olika kontrakt med olika egenskaper och olika utförare. Anbudsgivaren kan lämna anbud på ett eller båda delkontrakten.
