A service contract is needed to provide direct support, advisory services, capability and capacity building to 4 municipalities and institutions that support local authorities, located in the North-South Corridor of South Africa on matters like: energy and water efficiency, waste management and transport, inclusive, disability sensitive and gender responsive service delivery and gender budgeting.
