Description

Beställaren har från tid till annat behov av konsultstöd inom entreprenadbesiktningar främst avseende entreprenader baserade på AB 04 och ABT 06. Besiktningar kan avse alla typer av entreprenader såväl mark och anläggning som grönytor m.m. Avrop kan ske genom såväl Tekniska avdelningen som BR Fastigheter och det kommunala bolaget Vellinge Kommunlokal AB. Beställarna har behov av både Ansvariga konsulter och utförande konsulter.   Separata ramavtal kommer att tecknas för följande anbudsområden:   A.    Anläggning och Mark B.    VA                                            C.   El och automation                                  D.   Grönytor E.    Lekplatser F.    Tillgänglighet För närmre beskrivning hänvisas till upphandlingsdokumenten i sin helhet.
