Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Berechnung und Übermittlung der quartalsweisen Gewerbeimmobilienpreisindizes der Jahre 2015 – 2025 und eine laufende quartalsweise Berechnung ab 2026 für Österreich sowie der Indizes für Untergliederungen nach CPA sofern ausreichend Fälle für die einzelnen Untergliederungen vorhanden sind.
