Beställaren avser att upphandla mottagning och slutgiltig behandling av kommunalt avfall i form av mat- och restavfall från hushåll och verksamheter i Borgholms kommun. Uppdraget omfattar sortering och behandling av fraktionerna mat- och restavfall samt behandling av separat insamlat mat- och restavfall.
