Description

Borgholm Energi AB (”Beställare”) har för avsikt att bygga ett helt nytt Värmeverk för fjärrvärmeproduktion i Borgholm. Värmeverket skall vara bestyckat med två (2) fastbränslepannor, en (1) oljepanna samt en mindre ackumulator. Fastbränslepannorna skall vara på 2 x 4,5 MW och oljepanna på 5 MW. Upphandlingen och slutligt kontrakt bygger på en funktionsupphandling i enlighet med ABA 99 och LUF, vilket berör all elektromekanisk utrustning från respektive bränslelager till skotstensmynning. Upphandlingen inleds med prekvalificering, via annonsering av denna Anbudsansökningsinbjudan.
