Banförvaltare ansvarar för att planera och följa upp bananläggningens underhåll i sin helhet för Hässleholmsdepån samt för Spårvagnsdepå Lund. Banförvaltaren ska säkerställa alla nödvändiga processer (besiktningar m.m.), dokument, intyg som anläggningen kräver. Tjänsten uppskattas till ca 30 % av en heltidstjänst, men kan variera både upp och ner utifrån behov.
