BANDO DI GARA B - PROCEDURA APERTA TELEMATICA ai sensi dell’art. 71 del Codice, per la conclusione di un accordo quadro, da stipularsi ai sensi dell’art. 59, comma 4, lett. a) del D.Lgs. 36/2023, con due operatori economici, risultati idonei ad erogare la fornitura DI "Dispositivi medici vari per chirurgia mininvasiva" (CLIP IN POLIMERO), secondo i termini e le condizioni dedotte negli atti di gara, senza riaprire il confronto competitivo, per una durata dell’appalto di n. 36 (trentasei) mesi oltre le previste opzioni.
