Description
The RSA previously ran two open procedure tender processes for the supply of Motorcycle PPE and Related Services (i.e. ET2203 and ET2303). In both cases, no suitable tenders were received with which the RSA could proceed to contract award. In accordance with Regulation 32(2)(a) of SI 284 of 2016, the RSA has since conducted a negotiated procedure without prior publication and has awarded a contract on the same T&Cs as that which was offered in the most recent open procedure tender process (ET2303).
