Description
Die Hardware an den 74 AWAM Standorten hat das Ende ihrer veranschlagten Lebenszeit erreicht. Zur Sicherstellung der Surveillance Serviceverfügbarkeit ist ein Upgrade der bestehenden Sensorstandorte erforderlich. Die gesamte Funktionsweise der Sensoren bis ins Detail mit jener der Serversysteme zusammen passen und die Konfiguration der Sensoren erfolgt ebenso über die Serversysteme. Daher sind sowohl Multilaterations-Sensoren als auch Serversysteme nicht von verschiedenen Herstellern kombinierbar. Der Hardwaretausch erfolgt in mehreren Phasen ohne geplanter Serviceunterbrechung. Nach Abschluss des Hardwaretausches werden alle AWAM Sensoren (Remote Units) auf RU7 arbeiten. Der Hardwaretausch und das damit verbundene Upgrade auf RU7 darf auf Grund der Urheberrechte ausschließlich vom ursprünglichen Hersteller Fa. SAAB vorgenommen werden.
