Description
L’ASL di Bari, sulla base delle esigenze manifestate dal Dipartimento di Medicina di Laboratorio e Trasfusionale, ha necessità di acquisire in service un contaglobuli finalizzato all’esecuzione dei controlli di qualità degli emocomponenti, così come richiesto obbligatoriamente dal Decreto del Ministero della Salute del 2 novembre 2015 “Disposizioni relative ai requisiti di qualità e sicurezza del sangue e degli emocomponenti”. Il luogo di esecuzione della fornitura sarà l’Officina Trasfusionale Area Centro - c/o Ospedale "F. Fallacara" di Triggiano (BA). Si rinvia all’Allegato 1) al presente Avviso “Caratteristiche contaglobuli” per i dettagli relativi alle caratteristiche della fornitura in parola. Al fine di definire la tipologia di scelta del contraente, ex art. 70 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023, si invitano gli operatori economici interessati a voler illustrare, attraverso specifica relazione, firmata digitalmente dal legale rappresentante o da un suo procuratore, il prodotto proposto, nonché la modalità di partecipazione al presente Avviso in qualità di: - Casa Madre; - concessionario unico (Puglia/Italia); - rivenditore.
