Description
L’ASL di Bari ha necessità di acquisire kit salivari per estrazione DNA genomico per test genetici (HLA), al fine di promuovere le attività di reclutamento dei donatori di midollo osseo e favorire, altresì, la tipizzazione HLA dei cittadini pugliesi, anche per le finalità di cui alla legge regionale 1° aprile 2003, n. 7 (Istituzione del Registro regionale dei donatori di midollo osseo). Obiettivo dell’attività descritta è quello di incrementare il numero dei potenziali donatori di midollo. I kit salivari, destinati alle attività di reclutamento dei donatori, dovranno essere dotati dei seguenti requisiti: • Sistema con facilità di prelievo “all in one”: Prelievo, stabilizzazione del campione e trasporto del DNA dalla saliva; • Raccolta di saliva con volume maggiore o uguale a 2 ml; • Presenza di liquido stabilizzante nel tappino pari al volume di saliva; • Conservazione a temperatura ambiente; • Stabilità del DNA dopo raccolta per un tempo superiore a 24 mesi a temperatura ambiente; • Contaminazione batterica: valore mediano dichiarato inferiore al 12%; • Inattivazione del virus Sars-Cov-2 nei campioni raccolti; • Valore mediano di resa del DNA superiore a 100 microgrammi; • Istruz…
