Description
Hammarö kommun har, efter genomförande av förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kap. 14 § punkt 3 och detta meddelande, för avsikt att ingå avtal med Hypergene AB (556581-1840) avseende underhåll och support av BI-systemet Hypergene. Genom befintligt avtal med Hypergene AB har kommunen icke-exklusiv evig nyttjanderätt till verksamhetssystemet och dess avtalade programprodukter/moduler.
