Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för Golvarbeten. Förekommande arbeten utförs i fastigheter som rymmer lägenheter och lokaler hos Kfast, i kommunala fastigheter (kontor, skola, förskola mm), i industrifastigheter samt i kontors- och verksamhetslokaler hos övriga kommunala bolag. Förvaltad fastighetsyta för Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter AB är ca 1 500 000 m2. Fastighetsbeståndet består av kommunala lokaler, bostäder, industrifastigheter, m.m. För beskrivning av avtalsområdena (fastighet oh adress), se Bilaga - "6.7 Fastighetsindelning" för hur "Bostad" och "Lokal" är indelat. Ramavtalet innebär att Beställaren avropar/beställer successivt efter behov.
