Description
Upphandlingen avser avfallskärl samt produktrelaterade tjänster för fastighetsnära insamling till avropsberättigade kunder (upphandlande myndigheter, kommuner och kommunala bolag, nedan benämnda UM) i hela Sverige. Upphandlingen är indelad i fyra anbudsområden: Anbudsområde 1 Enfackskärl Anbudsområde 2 Tvåfackskärl med mitthängda lock Anbudsområde 3 Tvåfackskärl med sidohängda lock Anbudsområde 4 Tvåfackskärl och fyrfackskärl med insats Syftet med ramavtalet är att tillgodose UM:s behov av att på ett effektivt och ändamålsenligt sätt kunna avropa varor kopplade till kärl för fastighetsnära insamling. Ramavtalet syftar vidare till att tillhandahålla ett kvalitetssäkrat, standardiserat och kostnadseffektivt sortiment som uppfyller gällande lagstiftning, relevanta branschstandarder och arbetsmiljökrav samt är kompatibelt med svenska insamlingssystem. Målet är att säkerställa hög produktkvalitet och lång livslängd, främja en cirkulär ekonomi genom en hög andel återvunnet material samt erbjuda ett konkurrenskraftigt ramavtal med en flexibel avropsmodell. Adda avser ingå ramavtal med max tre (3) leverantörer per avtalsområde. Varje avtalsområde utvärderas och tilldelas separat.
